William W.L. Wong, PhD, is a Decision Modeller at Toronto Health Economics and Technology Assessment (THETA) Collaborative and an Assistant Professor at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto. 

Dr. Wong completed his Master of Mathematics and PhD Degrees in Computer Science at the University of Waterloo, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Medical Decision Making at the University of Toronto.  

His research interests include infectious diseases modeling and health services and outcomes research, particular in hepatitis B and C. Health services and outcomes research interest includes quality of life research, costing and return on investment. Methodology research interest includes advanced decision-analytic modeling techniques (such as discrete event simulation models and agent-based models) for health technology assessment, cost-effectiveness analysis, and pharmacoeconomics evaluation studies.
